NATIONWIDE YOUTH EMPOWERMENT AGENCY (NYEA) is a Registered Non-Governmental Organization that Partner with the Presidency of the Federal Government of Nigeria to Empower Nigerian Youths to become Self Reliant through Skills Acquisition Training and become Self-Employment.
NYEA's MISSION AND CORE VALUES:
The mission of Nationwide Youth Empowerment Agency is to offer top-quality Skills Acquisition opportunities to Adult students, Unemployed Graduates all over the Federation, and Nigerian Youth throughout the World, in Partnership with the Presidency of the Nigerian Government, setting the global standard of excellence in Adult Skills Acquisition Training.
By offering Technical and Computer programs that are respected, applicable skills and accessible technologically and through a variety of face-to-face formats NYEA broadens the range of career opportunities available to Youths, improves their lives, and maximizes their economic and intellectual contributions to their Local Community, the Nation, and the World at large.
This mission is rooted in NYEA's Training purpose as stipulated in our Implementation Strategy Manual (Available to Verified Sponsors and Investors on request); specifically that NYEA shall Operate as Youth Empowerment facilitator, serving Nigerian Adult students and Graduates who reside anywhere in the Federation and around the World; Provide the Youths with Free Skills Acquisition Training, Open access to Self-Employment, and proceed to become Self Reliant and an Employer of labor for continued development of Nigeria.
As an NGO and National Leader in Youth Empowerment, NYEA Trains Youths in all Technical Crafts that will enable our Graduates to become Self-Employed.
NYEA’s Technical Inventory offers programs that are core to any Society's Economic Development, and NYEA’s mission to the Adult student results in an emphasis on workforce relevant programs. Consequently,
NYEA trains on Technical Trades, Motor Mechanics, Plumbers, Electricians, Welders, Shoe Makers, Beauty Therapies, Childcare, Fashion and Textiles, Business Management, Computing, Website Designers, Software Developers, Computer Architectures and Information Technology.
Also we have Training in fields facing Critical shortages such as, Cyber-Security, Information, Assurance and Teacher training in Technical areas.
Also, in Food and Agriculture, Fish Farmers, Cattle Rearing, Cassava and Yam farming and Processing for Export market with the help of our International Partners.
As part of our emphasis on workforce needs, NYEA offers non-credit professional development programs such as those in executive leadership and, through her In house and Conference Center and its Larger facility, hosts professional conferences and meetings that support the economic and societal needs of Nigerians.
With the assistance of the Presidency, we guarantee to Create 37,000 New jobs in our second Year of operation, and yearly thereafter when our first batch of Trainees would have been graduated and it will be Roll in Roll out yearly.
NYEA vowed to change Nigeria from white Collar and Government jobs dependency to Self-Employment Orientation that guarantees Self Reliant.
